Heavier topspin on your forehand without more effort

Spin comes from racquet path and relaxed wrists, not muscle. Three fixes I give every advanced junior.

If your forehand flies long when you swing harder, the problem is your swing path, not your strength.

Fix 1: let the racquet head drop below the ball before contact. Think 'low to high' with the whole arm, not a flick of the wrist.

Fix 2: keep your grip at about 4 out of 10 tension. A tight hand kills racquet-head speed.

Fix 3: finish over your opposite shoulder, or wrap the racquet around your neck. Then hold the finish for one second so your body learns it.

Hit 50 crosscourt forehands aiming two metres above the net. Depth comes from height and spin, not from a flat bullet.
